The new system will use barcode/QR code technology to track and manage goods automatically, from receipt to shipment. It also provides detailed, accurate reports that support fast, effective decision-making.
The project is expected to complete its first phase, the rollout at the central warehouse, within 2 months. The system will then be extended to the company's entire warehouse network in the Philippines.
BON BANH MI's leadership expressed confidence that, with close cooperation between departments and support from leading technology partners, the smart warehouse management project will be a great success, bringing many practical benefits and strengthening the company's competitive position in international markets.
